The user logs in, completes the service form and attaches supporting evidence.

Staff Review
Staff review the request, ask for more information where needed, or prepare a quotation.

Quotation / Payment
Payment starts only after quotation/invoice through standard Odoo documents.

Service Delivery
After review/payment, staff deliver the output and close the service request.
